The Moleskine Passion Journal Recipe is a hardcover recipe journal for building your own handwritten cookbook, whether that’s family classics, holiday baking or new experiments in the kitchen.
Tabbed sections for appetizers, first courses, main dishes, side dishes, desserts and cocktails make recipes easy to find, and blank tabbed sections let you add categories of your own. Each recipe page has room for ingredients, method, preparation time, difficulty and a suggested wine pairing, with space left over for notes, sketches or a photo. At the front, you’ll find kitchen references you’ll actually use: seasonal fruit and vegetable calendars, measurement conversions, cooking temperatures, cutting techniques and food facts.
The Large format (13 × 21 cm) holds 400 pages of ivory, acid-free 70 g/m² paper, which works best with ballpoints, gel pens and pencils.
